The hinge rotation plane of the hinged corrugated compensator should be consistent with the displacement rotation plane. 3. A "cold-tight" compensator is needed. The auxiliary components used for pre-deformation should be removed after the installation of the pipeline. 4. It is strictly forbidden to use the method of deformation of corrugated compensator to adjust the OVER-TOLERANCE of pipeline installation, so as to avoid affecting the normal function of corrugated compensator, reduce its service life and increase the load of piping system, equipment and supporting components. 5. During installation, no welding slag is allowed to splash onto the surface of the wave shell, and no other mechanical damage is allowed to the wave shell. After installation of piping system, yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on corrugated compensator should be removed as soon as possible, and the limit device should be adjusted to the prescribed position according to the design requirements, so that the piping system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions. 6. All active components of the compensator shall not be stuck by external components or limit their range of activity, and the normal operation of each active part shall be guaranteed. In hydraulic test, the secondary fixture at the end of the pipeline with compensator should be strengthened so that the pipeline does not move or rotate. For compensators and connecting pipes used in gas media, attention should be paid to whether temporary brackets should be added when filling water. The 96 chloride ion content of the water cleaning solution for hydraulic test is not more than 25PPM. After hydraulic test, the accumulated water in the corrugated shell should be discharged as soon as possible, and the inner surface of the corrugated shell should be dried quickly. The insulation material contacted with the compensator bellows should not contain chloride ion.
