Iv. Main technical description
1. Expansion joint is mainly composed of body, expansion sleeve, gland, sealing ring and bolt. The telescopic body, telescopic casing and gland are made of 16MnR, and the sealing ring is sealed with nitrile rubber, which has good water tightness and air tightness. The fastener is nickel-based stainless steel, wear-resisting and corrosion-resistant, with long service life.
2. The telescopic joint and butterfly valve are used to compensate the position and Angle error of pipeline flange through the axial expansion and radial angular displacement between the two flange faces, and eliminate the internal stress caused by the temperature difference of pipeline, which brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of pipeline.
3. The structural length of the telescopic joint shall be the minimum length when leaving the factory, and the gland bolts of the sealing ring shall be in a tight state. Pull the gland bolts to the installation length during installation, and tighten the gland bolts in time after installation; For valve connection, the expansion joint can be adjusted to the desired length, but not beyond the expansion amount range. If used to compensate the displacement caused by temperature difference, the installation must be adjusted to the installation length at normal temperature; Expansion joint can be installed anywhere in the pipeline, but should be located behind the valve when connecting the valve; For long or heavy pipes, movable supports should be set near the telescopic device to ensure the normal operation of the telescopic joint. After installation, tighten the gland bolt of the telescopic device in time, pay attention to the degree of tightness, adjust according to the working pressure of the pipeline, too tight or too loose will affect the sealing effect, scalability and flexibility, and at the same time, fix the limit bolt in time to prevent pulling out in use.
V. equipment corrosion prevention
The surface of the expansion joint in contact with the medium is coated with epoxy resin, with a coating thickness of 250 micron, strong corrosion resistance and no pollution, suitable for use in water or sewage environment. All parts, fillers and seals are made of non-toxic and harmless materials. The surface of all stainless steel parts is treated by pickling and passivation.
